Refunds & Returns
Thank you for shopping with Heal Thyself CBD.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
Returns
We do not accept returns on opened, used, or consumable hemp-derived products.
For health, safety, and compliance reasons, products cannot be returned once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Heal Thyself CBD is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in refusal of future service.
